Elephant Mountain Literary Festival kicks off in Nelson
The opening gala of the inaugural Elephant Mountain Literary Festival paired words with wines. Six West Kootenay authors read for a crowd of about 40 people. Before each reading, the audience was invited to sample a different wine selected by BC WineGuys' Jon Langille that was said to compliment the literary offering. The festival runs Thursday to Sunday.
