The Nelson professional firefighters and their team — called local 1343 Mo Bro’s — sacrificed their faces by growing moustaches for the month of November in order to raise funds and awareness for men’s health.
Movember is an international campaign focused on awareness and education, living with and beyond cancer, staying mentally healthy, living with and beyond mental illness and research. Programs in these areas help to achieve the vision of an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.
The team raised $1,735 and want to thank everyone for their generous donations towards a great cause
