This fall, the Nelson Christian School Society put together a new lending library that loans books and materials to students attending the school and CHEK ABC. In an effort to fill the shelves, the society hosted its first Christmas Before Christmas Book Fair.
Many families from the community bought all kinds of items including books, movies, and t-shirts for Christmas presents. Hot chocolate and cookies were served in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
If you missed out,there will be a book fair again next year. A toy lending library will also be launched in the new year.
