East coast bluegrass comes to Nelson
Born in 2011, Halifax’s Modern Grass has quickly gained a reputation as one of Nova Scotia’s best country/bluegrass bands.
The quintet pays tribute to a number of musical traditions, but leaves plenty of room for innovation and improvisation.
Modern Grass plays The Royal tomorrow night. Doors open at 9 p.m. and tickets are $10 and are available at The Royal or liveattheroyal.com.
