Nelson walks for memories
The annual Investors Group Alzheimer's Walk for Memories took place Sunday at the Nelson and and District Community Complex. More than 100 people came out for the fun walk that aims to raise money for the local branch of the Alzheimer Society of BC. There were speeches, music and even a few tears shed as the society honoured the work caregivers do for those who suffer from the disease.
