Bail denied for ex-New Denver man
A former New Denver Mountie accused of killing his wife will have to stay in jail awaiting trial.
Keith Wiens is alleged to have shot and killed Lynn Kalmring, 55, in their shared Penticton home. He served at the Slocan Lake RCMP detachment in the 1990s.
