Born in Greece on February 14, 1939
Leo passed away peacefully with his wife and two daughters by his side on March 1, 2017.
Leo is lovingly remembered by his wife Helen of 49 years and two daughters, Melissa (Marshall) and Doreen (Grant). His three grandchildren, Lucas, Erin and Tyler meant everything to him. Just the thought of them brought the biggest smile to his face.
Leo touched the lives of many people and will be remembered for his genuine personality and huge heart. His 35 years spent at the Medi Pizza will never be forgotten by all of his customers, staff and friends. Leo always looked forward to his Thursday golf nights with “The Group.” Leo loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, golfing and playing at parks in Nelson and Calgary.
