Margaret passed away in Victoria, at 95 years of age.
Predeceased by husband Terry in 1981. Survived by sons David and John, daughter Pat, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Margaret was born in Burnley, Lancashire, England. She attended Leeds University and began her teaching career in London in 1942. This is where she met Terry; they married and she emigrated to Canada as a war bride in 1946. They lived in Jolliet, Lime Ridge and St Bruno QC, Plattsburgh NY and Nelson BC. While in Nelson, Margaret was assistant to the Registrar at Notre Dame University. They moved to Victoria in 1979.
