Nelson club hosts regional figure skating competition

The Nelson Figure Skating Club is hosting the Kootenay Regional Competition at the Nelson and District Community Complex this weekend.

The biggest showcase of figure skating to hit Nelson in years, young skaters from Rossland, Castlegar and Fernie among other communities are competing.

Action continues until Sunday afternoon and a full schedule and more information is available at nelsonfigureskatingclub.com
