Nelson senior bowlers had a great summer at the BC Seniors Games in Kamloops last month.
The Savoy Lanes-based teams sent two teams to the games that were held between August 20 and 24.
The team of (L-R) Dawn Williams, Anne Secord, Audrey Kempin, Effie Rains and Lorna Hamilton took home the bronze medal. Blaine Rains also won a gold medal for most pins over average in six games and Rusty Denny took home a bronze for highest pins over average in a single game.
