Big honour for Nelson Pathfinder

In recognition for her Paws for a Cause fundraising and commitment to animal welfare in the Nelson area, Nelson Pathfinder Kelsey Griko was recently presented with an honorary “Animal Protection Officer” award by BC SPCA Special Provincial Constable Jeremy Irons. The presentation was made at the Nelson BC SPCA shelter during a tour of the adoption center which had been arranged by the Nelson Pathfinder Unit.
