Great day for MS Walk

Participants in the annual Scotiabank MS Walk were blessed with great weather Sunday at Lakeside Park and raised over $27,000. It's the largest fundraiser of the year for the West Kootenay Chapter of the MS Society.

Participants in the annual Scotiabank MS Walk were blessed with great weather Sunday at Lakeside Park and raised over $27,000. It's the largest fundraiser of the year for the West Kootenay Chapter of the MS Society.

The chapter, now in its 11th year, relies on donations and fundraising to provide services and programs to people living with MS and their families throughout the West Kootenay.
