The role of Touchstones Nelson: Museum of Art and History is to ensure the preservation and exploration of history and contemporary art, to provide community programming, and to bring our members and greater community together for (virtual and limited-occupancy) events. In this challenging year, the museum continues to provide world-class exhibitions, interesting and accessible community programming, and an exciting new exhibit in Nelson’s Cold War bunker.

Purchasing a Touchstones membership is a wonderful way that you can show your support for art, history, archives, education, and more. During the 2020 Membership Appeal (on now through Nov. 30), if you sign up to become a member, or renew your membership, you will be entered in a draw to win one of three $100 gift vouchers to the Touchstones Shop!

Over the course of our Membership Appeal you may purchase a raffle ticket for $5 to win one of three prizes:

• Whiskey tasting in the bunker for eight

• Movie screening in the bunker for 10

• Collections tours for eight in the bunker with Jean-Philippe Stienne, archivist and collections manager.

Tickets are on sale now, online and in the Touchstones Shop.

Benefits of membership at Touchstones Nelson Museum include unlimited free admission for a year including the bunker, four discount passes to share with visitors, member discounts in the shop, behind-the-scenes news, member events and more!
