The Nelson and District Arts Council (NDAC) is inviting applications from artists and building owners for the second annual Nelson International Mural Festival.
The NDAC is planning for up to 10 largescale public artworks and two days of live music, dance, theatre and educational opportunities. Applications are currently available at www.ndac.ca and are due by 5 p.m. on Jan. 31.
