L.V. Rogers was one of the local schools taking part in Monday’s National School Library Day’s Drop Everything and Read BC event. For 30 minutes staff and students took a break from their work to simply read. More than 500 students and teachers participated in the mob read in the school’s main foyer. As part of the morning, Mrs. Wheeler’s Grade 1 class from Hume Elementary came by to spend time with Ms. Kroker’s English 11 class.
