The annual firewood fundraiser for the Nelson Lions will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, at Blewett Elementary School.
A cord of dry fir costs $250, the proceeds of which will in turn fund community projects.
The sale begins at 8 a.m. with no early birds allowed. COVID-19 guidelines will be practised with a drive thru roadway available. Buyers are encouraged to bring a friend to help load wood.
