Nelson Police Department restorative justice volunteers were recently honoured for their work in serving the community by assisting victims, offenders, and other affected community members to identify and address harms, needs and obligations after a crime has been committed.
The evening was celebrated at the Royal Canadian Legion with a banquet prepared and served by the Ladies Auxiliary.
