Nelson under construction

A number of construction projects are keeping the community abuzz with activity.

There’s no shortage of scaffolding around Nelson as a number of construction projects keep the community abuzz with activity.

Nelson Commons continues to take shape while crews are busy renovating the former location of Reo’s, which now houses DHC Communications and their locksmith company. Upon completion of the renovation they will be seeking a new tenant for their ground floor.

The Nelson and District Community Complex is into the final months of its project, while crews are rebuilding the Shell station on Anderson St., and re-roofing the Nelson Covenant Church.
