Pride is 22 years old in Nelson and hasn’t aged a day.
The Kootenay Pride Parade danced down Baker Street on Sunday afternoon, culminating in a party at Hall Street Plaza that included hundreds of people wearing all the colours of the rainbow to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and inclusiveness in the region.
