The weather was perfect, the crowds showed up and the cake was big. What more do you need on Canada Day?

Nelson celebrated Canada’s 156th birthday Saturday with its annual party at Lakeside Park organized by the Nelson and District Chamber of Commerce. Here’s some of the sights we saw during the festivities.
