PHOTOS: Nelson kids clean up Easter mess

Coloured eggs were strewn across Lakeside Park

Nelson kids led a clean-up effort at Lakeside Park on Saturday after a large bunny left coloured eggs scattered on the grass.

The plastic eggs were collected over several hours, and children were compensated for their unpaid labour with candy.

The mess historically occurs in the park every year during the Easter long weekend.
