Greg Nesteroff’s exhibit Kootenay News opened Saturday at Touchstones Nelson with a panel discussion at featuring former Express publisher Nelson Becker, former Daily News and Star editor Bob Hall, former Daily News reporters Kathleen Rodgers and Rita Moir, and former Daily News office manager and historian Greg Scott. The exhibit runs until Feb. 17 and includes front pages, ephemera, photographs, and artifacts — including the iconic Nelson Daily News sign, salvaged when the paper’s longtime home was sold in 2011.
