Nelson and District Arts Council is celebrating the 30th anniversary for ArtWalk and once again this year will feature a second art showcase opening during MarketFest on Friday, July 27th.

As part of this night’s event, the NDAC has partnered with the West Kootenay EcoSociety to host the Stanley Street Art Stage. Brian Kalbfleisch is co-ordinating the artists and performers on the stage. Come watch art come to life with live painting by Kelly Shpeley, Buck D Addams, Rielle Oswald, Amber Santos and many more including live performances by Soul Fire Dance, Corrine Bundshuh, and DJ Dubconscious joins the action from 8 to 10 p.m.

Touchstones Museum of Art and History will also be in attendance with interactive painting along with Nelson and District Arts Council.
