The last in the series LOVE in the Time of COVID will run at Touchstones Museum on Sept. 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. with local artist and poet Rayya Liebich.
Stationary, envelopes, pens and stamps will be provided to craft beautiful, old-fashioned love letters for your modern loves. Who wouldn’t want to receive an envelope full of love in their mailbox? All materials will be supplied, but participants are welcome to bring their favourite papers and pens.
LOVE in the Time of COVID has been a three-part series, over three Saturdays in September, featuring deep dives into the concepts of love poetry, love letters, and love stories.
To register, email email@example.com. Space is limited to 25 people per session. For more information on events and exhibitions, visit www.touchstonesnelson.ca.
LOVE in the time of COVID has run concurrently with two new exhibitions at Touchstones Museum: JJ Levine’s Alone Time/Queer Portraits and Kootenay Pride: We Love a Parade!
