Youth centre holds grand re-opening with free BBQ

Event will celebrate the new renovations.

The Nelson and District Youth Centre’s Grand Re-opening will be held on Saturday, July 4, from 1:00 – 4:00.

The public will get a sneak preview of all the changes made to the building over the past few months.

The schedule is as follows:

12:30         Free barbecue in front of the building

1:00            Doors will be opened, and the public will be invited to come in and see all of the great changes we have made throughout the building

1:30            Ribbon-cutting ceremony for skate park

1:40            Park open to skaters.

2:00-4:00    Organized sports activities
