Vesper Valentine will present the third annual Kootenay Burlesque Festival, a lavish and luxurious two-day affair taking place on June 24 and 25 in Nelson.
Over 50 of the finest local and international performers from across the globe are set to grace the stage along with headliners Lady Sapphire Noir from Los Angeles, local drag artists The Dancing Legs from Nelson, and feature performers Sasparilla Foxx from Quesnel and Silk E Gunz from Edmonton.
Join this two-night celebration of all things burlesque for a journey guaranteed to excite and delight you with an exquisite line-up of enticing entertainment. With a different show each night you are sure to find something to tickle your fancy.
The Kootenay Cabaret on June 24 at Finley’s Bar and Grill will feature an evening of Nelson’s local luminary artists — a cabaret showcase that is filled with an amazing array of local artists that includes burlesque, drag, stand up comedy, live music and flow artists.
The Sparkle and Sass Soiree on June 25 at the Capitol Theatre will be an evening of decadent sights and delights! This showcase is all about the glamour and the glitz and features an international, award-winning lineup of some of the best burlesque performers from across the globe.
