Nelson’s palette continues to get brighter each year.
The Nelson International Mural Festival opened with eight new murals and musical performances throughout Friday and Saturday. Workshops were also set to be held Sunday afternoon at Cottonwood Falls Park.
The event packed Hall Street Plaza as well as downtown alleys where visitors admired the new art while musicians provided entertainment.
