Rossland’s Kristen Renn hosted the Avant Garde Cabaret at Spiritbar on Saturday, where local performers Pixie Vicious and Rosie Delight wowed the audience with multiple energetic skits.
Juliana Marko, Nadine Tremblay and Lise Levesque performed their first episode of Real Kootenay Housewives, which they co-wrote, and Levesque showed off her guitar skills and vocal prowess with some original compositions.
The event was one of the first in the week-long Blue Night Arts Festival.
