The B.C. Snow Sculpture team scored a hat trick at the Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous Festival in Whitehorse this past weekend, winning all three awards: the People's Choice, the Artist's Choice, and the Judge's Choice for their sculpture of two nestling ravens. (L-R) From Nelson are Patrick McKinnon and his father John McKinnon who were joined on the team by Jesse Forrester from Fort St. John. Their winning trophies were comprised of several types of Yukon wood, mammoth tusk, and a gold nugget.
