Nelson's Lila Gray has released her new album Scared Of The Dark (You Should Be Too).

An exploration of what it means to fall under the alternative umbrella, Lila Gray's third album Scared Of The Dark (You Should Be Too) pulls you into it's own sonic and lyrical world.

While paying gentle homage to her beginnings in classical music, Gray explores new avenues of the dark alternative pop she is known for. Her raw and honest lyrics walk you through a journey of self discovery in and outside of the constraints of a relationship, the joys and sorrows of queer love, and the triumph that is platonic love.

The first single "Haunt" was released in January of this year, with a subsequent video, that garnished 1,000 views within its first two days of being published. "Something I Knew Was Missing" (the second single off of the record) is set to have its own music video released Nov. 29.

Gray has expressed the importance of music videos, and the significance they carry within her work. For this record Gray and her team sat down to map out music videos that are linked together through various storylines in order to create a cohesive vision.

Gray has found her sound and continues to express herself in an authentic way, all while delving into artistic territory.

"Scared Of The Dark (You Should Be Too)" is Lila Gray's strongest album yet and will undoubtedly take the artist to new heights. To hear the new album, stream it on Apple Music, Spotify and other music services.
