Is there anything better than a nap? It’s no coincidence that today, the Monday after Daylight Savings Time begins, is national napping day.

With the clocks springing forward by one hour early Sunday morning, everyone is feeling the strain.

According to ICBC, drivers are extra tired this morning after losing an hour of sleep over the weekend.

And just when you feel like it’s the end of the day… it’s only 4 p.m.

Celebrate by taking a nap like everyone else on the internet.
