Kootenay Women in Trades (KWT) is hosting an industry and trades opportunity fair in Castlegar on May 6.
The career fair-style event is targeted at students, job seekers and people looking to network and learn about career opportunities in the industry and trades sector.
Participants can expect to meet representatives from various industries, learn about career pathways, and gain firsthand knowledge about the skills and qualifications employers are looking for.
The free event takes place at the Stanley Humphries Secondary School gymnasium from 1-6 p.m.
