Salmo man dies in single-car accident

RCMP are still investigating the cause

A 43-year-old Salmo man died on June 8 in a single-vehicle accident near the village.

The accident occurred near the bridge at Second Relief Road, according to an RCMP news release, which stated that it appeared the man had lost control of his vehicle before colliding with the bridge’s barricades.

RCMP, along with the BC Coroners Service, are continuing their investigation into the cause.
