When it comes to real estate, there is a lot to know – this rings especially true if you’re a rental housing provider. Luckily, LandlordBC is here to help!

Through education, resources and support, the organization can make owning and managing your rental properties easier.

Key to that is an upcoming virtual education day designed specifically for rental housing providers in British Columbia.

“Having sustainable, long-term tenancies is rooted in knowledge and how we use it. As a landlord, it’s important that you understand your obligations – it can make things easier for yourself, but it’s also beneficial to your tenant,” explains Hunter Boucher, Director of Operations at LandlordBC.

“Having confidence in your knowledge of the industry and rental legislations makes for easier and straightforward communication with your tenants. This in turn allows things to run as smoothly as possible. These workshops are meant to help you become a better landlord, not just for yourself but for your tenants as well.”
