A Nelson home where a grow-op was busted in 2010 has been sold through the province's civil forfeiture process.
Deputy police chief Henry Paivarinita declined to give the home's exact address, but says it was within city limits.
The sale made $106,713 for the Crown — representing 70 per cent of the net proceeds once other liabilities on the property were paid off.
Paivarinta says there are two or three other homes in town involved in similar proceedings.
Over $33,000 in cash seized by Nelson police in two unrelated drug busts is also subject to forfeiture.
