The graduating class of 2014 wore elegant gowns and suave suits and tuxedos during their grand march today in great Gatsby style. The student grad executive lead the class procession at the Nelson District Community Centre.

To close the event, mothers and fathers were invited to the floor to dance with their sons and daughters.

The cavalcade began at 4 p.m. on Baker Street before the prom and dry grad celebrations begin at the Kootenay Lakeview Lodge in Balfour this evening.
