Lieutenant-Governor coming to Nelson

Lt.-Gov. Judith Guichon will tour the West Kootenay this month and visit Nelson May 14 and 15.

Lt.-Gov. Judith Guichon will tour the West Kootenay next month and visit Nelson May 14 and 15.

Although her exact itinerary has not been released, the City of Nelson will host a reception for her at Touchstones Nelson on the 14th.

Guichon, a Nicola Valley rancher, has been Lieutenant Governor since 2012. She is a past president of the BC Cattlemen’s Association. This will be her first official visit to Nelson.
