Police received a report Wednesday evening of a man stabbing people in Cottonwood Falls Park with a tattoo needle.
The man was "reportedly acting in a bizarre manner" before the alleged assaults and "dressed in such a way that he would be easily identified if located," police said in a release without elaborating. However, no one saw which way he went when he left.
Several victims were left with spots from the tattoo ink on their arms, but all declined immediate medical attention despite being warned about possible diseases transmitted through the needle.
Police are still investigating and would like to hear from anyone with information.
