The Nelson Police Department arrested the 26-year-old female they believe to be responsible for a January 18 pharmacy robbery, but they have yet to recover the stolen narcotics.
"The investigation is ongoing, but in the interim the public should be aware that these drugs, administered by a person other than a qualified physician, could cause serious harm or death to an individual," said Sgt. Dino Falcone.
The woman was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to attend court on March 3. She is facing a charge of breaking and entering.
