The West Kootenay Gun and Antique Show runs this weekend at the Nelson and District Rod and Gun Club. There will be outdoor and indoor displays including all kinds of outback recreational equipment, plus firearms, antiques, and fishing gear.
Local shops and private citizens alike will have a variety of outdoor and shooting gear for sale. Vendors are coming from all over the region. On Thursday, Salmo’s Dan Danforth took a look at an 1894 Winchester rifle that will be in the weekend show.
The show will be held at the clubhouse (801 Railway Street) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. For more information call 250-357-9309.
