Three days have been set aside next year for the trial of a man accused of sexually propositioning women from a van.

Seth Justin Christian will appear in Nelson court from May 28 to 30, 2012 to face one count of invitation to sexual touching against a person under 16 and nine counts of committing an indecent act.

The incidents are alleged to have occurred between November 1 and December 7 of last year. Police said they took place in different parts of the city at different times of day. The victims ranged from mid-teens to adults.

Christian was 19 when he was charged. He turned himself in to police and was released on an undertaking that restricted his movement and ability to drive.
