It is with great sadness that the family of Bruce Patrick Weinrauch announces his sudden passing on December 18, 2019 at the age of 62.
Bruce was born to parents Edward and Frances Weinrauch on February 18, 1957 in Nelson BC. He grew up in Nelson and graduated from L.V. Rogers High School in 1975 and attended Mount Royal College in Calgary.
Bruce enjoyed playing and watching hockey, fishing in creeks and lakes around Nelson and family camping trips in the summer. He worked in various fields including CP Rail in Calgary, sporting goods store in Trail, and contract work with Cominco.
Bruce loved his children and he is survived by his son Steven (Paige), daughters Danielle (Joel), Brittany (Steve) and grandchildren: Alexa, Liam, Damien, Noa, Taylor, Sophia, Ella, Jala, and Levi. Also, his mother Frances and siblings Gail (Gerry), Barry (Peggy), and Sharon, niece, nephews and friends.
He was pre-deceased by his father Edward (1990) and brother David (2019).
