December 8, 1952 - October 20, 2018
It is with heavy hearts we have to say goodbye to our beloved son and brother Clancy Flegel, who passed away from a brain tumor at Mountain Lakes.

Clancy enjoyed outdoor living to its fullest. He embraced sledding, hunting, fishing, wood cutting and the company of his cats. He was self employed as a heavy-duty mechanic and was well known as one of the best mechanics in the area.

He is predeceased by his dad Frank, uncles; Seb, Gus, Ralph, Eddie, and grandparents John and Veronica Flegel. Clancy is survived by his mother Mary, brothers Ken and Ron, sisters Blanche and Pearl, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Thank you to all the staff at the Kootenay Lake Hospital and Mountain Lakes. Donations in Clancy's honour can be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.

A Celebration of Life will be held October 28, 2018 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Flegel residence, 427 Upper Long Beach Rd, Long Beach.

You are invited to leave a personal message of condolence by visiting the family's online register at www.thompsonfs.ca.
