In Loving Memory ~ Danny was born March 30, 1974, in Nelson and died in a tragic car accident June 27, 2021 in Williams Lake. He was predeceased by his father Ely and is survived by his mother, sister Heather (Steve) and nephew Seamus.
He will be best remembered by friends and family for his love of music being a talented guitar and bass player from his teens until his death. He spent much of his time playing music and writing poetry.
Growing up in the Slocan Valley, he loved to spend time hanging out by the water or fishing, usually with a beer in hand. He also loved the natural hot springs and shared many adventures at our local ones with his friends and sister.
Danny was loyal to his many friends always having a kind word to say about everyone and always chose to see the good in people when others may not. He was a kind, silly, witty, unique character and a true friend.
He recently found happiness and love with his partner Rachel moving to Williams Lake to have a fresh start with her. He was very happy there with Rachel and it was together, with her, that they were both taken from this world.
Danny's family would like to thank his friends, family for all their kind words, condolences, and flowers. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial will be held at a later date.
