In Loving Memory ~
Dennis Girling of Nelson, BC passed away suddenly at his home on January 1, 2022.
Dennis earned his qualification as a Journeyman Electrician working on CP locomotives in Calgary. He then split his career between working in the mining industry throughout BC and working in the oil patch overseas.
Upon retirement, he occupied himself with painting, fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jeanne Girling, and his three sons: Mark (Debbie) Girling of Manteno, IL, Russell Girling of Calgary, AB, and Keith Girling of Nelson, BC. He is also survived by his sister Doreen (Ernest) Taube of Calgary, AB, and his brother Dale (Marlynne) Girling of Calgary, AB and his four grandchildren: Autumn, Grace, Olivia and April as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Albert and Julia Girling and his grand daughter Lilly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
