Donald Anthony "Don" to Family and Friends ~ Passed away peacefully in Kootenay Lake Hospital Nelson B.C. on April 18, 2021 at 58 years of age. Born in New Westminster B.C. June 10,1962. The sixth in line of seven children of Jim and Carmen Reed (nee Fletcher).
Don was a bachelor, his love was his family and friends. Always worried when any of them were ill or hurt. His hobbies were sketching, cards and collecting movies. That he shared with his long time friend Gayle Arikado. Don was well loved in his community at Links Housing Co-op.
Don was preceded in death by sister Susan in 1953, brother Alan in 1990, mother Carmen in 2003, and father Jim in 2012. Don will be lovingly remembered by his sister Valerie Schweers and 2 brothers Jim and Dana Reed.
Don leaves eight loving Nieces and Nephews, plus fourteen Great Nieces and Nephews. Also many other relatives and friends to remember the time spent together enjoying each others company.
In keeping with Don's wishes a Celebration of Life will be for Family only. Those wishing to honor Don's life can make a donation in his name to a charity of choice.
