STEPHENS: On Wednesday, April 28, 2010 Dorothy Stephens of Nelson passed away at the age of 100 years. Dorothy was born in Chapel Hill, Cape Breton Island on August 28, 1909 to Joe and Mary McLean. She was predeceased by her husband William John Stephens. She came to Nelson, Proctor area about 6 years ago. Dorothy is survived by her son Jack (Amita) of Baddeck, Cape Breton Island, 2 daughters Elaine Lily of Halifax, N.S. and Diane Abbass of Sydney, N.S. 12 Grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held in Cape Bretoon Island.
