The family is sad to announce the passing of Harold (Harry) Alec Ronmark on December 10, 2023. Harry was born in Nelson, B.C,. on July 17, 1928.
He was predeceased by his wife of 66 years, Marion, and his sister, Lorraine Lehto. He is survived by six children, Vernon (Marilyn), Norma (Al) Rose, George (Pat), Brian (Cindy), Jim (Njeri) and Larry, 10 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Harry had a long career with B.C. Highway department starting in Nelson and eventually retiring as a district manager in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island. He and Marion eventually settled in Hope B.C., where they enjoyed golfing and spending time with the family and winter vacations in Palm Springs.
The family will be having a memorial get together in Nelson on the May long weekend.
