Harry and Verna enjoyed travelling throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, Caribbean, the British Isles, Ireland, and the United States as well as Canada. They also spent many happy winter months in Freeport, Grand Bahamas.
Harry was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion where he held various positions on the executive board as well as acting as their general repair man. He was also a member of the Gyro Club and looked forward to dinner meetings with his friends. Harry loved his garden and spent many hours creating a park like setting for their home on Houston Street.

Harry’s family would like to thank the caregivers and nursing staff in Diamond Cottage at Mountain Lakes Senior Home for their loving and compassionate care during the year he spent with them.
