June 16th, 1962 - August 17th, 2014
It's hard to believe you've been gone a whole year,
It seems like just yesterday that you were still here.
And although we can't see you, touch you or hear you.
You left us sweet memories we will always hold onto.
Everyday we feel your presence even though you are gone,
But it's your wishes and those memories that help us move on.
A huge void in our lives so empty and black,
But for as much as we wish we can't bring you back,
So at some point in time we will all meet again,
An irreplaceable joy we say goodbye until then.
